Who handles your information

Inquiry information and its use

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected services and message. We also record the submission time, the time you acknowledge this notice and its version. We use this information to review your request, contact you and discuss the services you need.

Inquiries are stored privately in this website’s database in Lovable Cloud for business-owner review. They are not publicly listed. Please do not include passwords, banking credentials, employee payroll details or other sensitive financial records in the inquiry form.

Calendly consultation scheduling

The embedded calendar is provided by Calendly. When you use it, information you enter—including your name, email, chosen appointment time and any meeting notes—is shared with Calendly and made available to PBS for scheduling. Information entered only in our inquiry form is not automatically forwarded to Calendly.

Calendly may process device, connection and cookie information when its calendar loads. Its own cookie settings and privacy notice apply to its service. The consultation is offered over Zoom; meeting information is handled by those scheduling and conferencing services when you book or attend. Calendly may display our PBS Bookkeeping Services profile, which is the scheduling name used by Positively Business Solution.

Service providers and storage

Lovable Cloud hosts the site’s inquiry storage, and Calendly provides scheduling. These providers may process information outside your country. We use submitted information for inquiry handling and consultation coordination, not as permission to send advertising or share customer identifiers with advertising platforms.

Website hosting may also collect technical usage information to operate and measure the site. No advertising tracking tags are installed as part of this inquiry process. Calendly’s optional cookies are managed separately in its calendar.

Your choices and requests

Providing a phone number is optional. You can contact PBS to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or withdraw permission for further inquiry follow-up. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or an ongoing service relationship; no fixed retention period is promised here.

The inquiry checkbox acknowledges this notice and permits handling your request. It is not advertising consent. You can manage Calendly’s optional cookies through its Cookie settings.
